2 Variations on Easy Appetizers

Saturday we were invited for dinner at friends’ and I brought the appetizers. (Love it when people put food in front of me!) IMG_3471Well, life got in the way of getting to the market so here’s what I produced: Smoked Salmon Bruschetta (on cucumbers, not bread) and Artichoke Bottom Boats (with Parmesan, not mozzarella. Blue Cheese is good too!) I love experimenting and substituting…try it!
