Yesterday was so much fun and filled with two great cookbook events. First it was Compleat Lifestyles‘ Fall bash followed by Aspen Academy’s Local Flavor event. We served Carrot Cake at the first one and made Brie Quesadillas with Peach Salsa for the second. The holiday spirit is in the air and the shoppers were all so upbeat and engaging. I shared a table at the first event with the Cooking Cardiologist who yes, really is a cardiologist!
