An Evening at Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Red Rocks is a must-do outing when in Colorado! You start with good friends, a carefully thought-out tailgate menu, good weather (ha, bring ponchos!) plus an awesome concert and you will have the recipe for a fantastic time! We bring food, wine, folding chairs, a couple of small tables and it all comes together. Here is the simple and portable menu we enjoyed last night:
