An Explosion of Ideas After a Weekend in Memphis!

After a weekend of eating our way through Memphis (and barely making a dent in the choices!), here is the first idea I walked away treasuring. When making a pie crust, gluten free quiche in this case, use parchment paper with a hole cut out to keep the crust from burning. It worked like a charm and the crust was SO delish! It was made from coconut oil, almond flour and coconut flour. That recipe will be forthcoming! YUUUUUMMMMM!
