Using herb shears, cut beautiful and consistent chiffonade (or ribbon) pieces of basil like the pros. Toss with warm pasta and cherry tomatoes dressed in olive oil, sprinkle pepper and a small amount of salt and you have the perfect dish to pair with a protein and call it a meal.
