Yesterday (July 17) I attended my first SMDRA meeting as an official Affiliate Member! This is a very upbeat, fun and energetic group of people who are all in the real estate business in one form or another. If you need anything house-related, there is someone in this group who can help! The perfect closing gift is one that is proudly displayed on the kitchen counter in a decorative cookbook stand, has a beautiful cover and is a daily reminder to the buyer who helped them buy that new home they are enjoying. Eclectic Entertaining Cookbook is that perfect closing gift that keeps on giving! Not only does the buy think of the Real Estate Agent daily, but they also have friends who will ask where those terrific recipes (served at their housewarming party!) came from! Win win for all! Repeat and referral business predicted! Little Miss Cassi was very interested in joining me at the meeting and would have been a hit had I brought her!
