Blackened Brie Cooked on a Himalayan Salt Block

This recipe was inspired by a recent trip to Destin, Florida, where a restaurant had Blackened Brie with Toasted Walnuts on the menu. The problem was that they were not open when we were able to go, so I had to come up with my own version of it! This turned out so well I could hardly get a photo before it disappeared! The salt block adds to the presentation, keeps the brie hot and offers just a hint of salt with every bite.
