Easy Summer Dinner Grilling Idea
Summer evenings with deliciously fresh foods are what it’s all about right now! Here’s a good one I whipped up over the weekend: Sea Scallops and Grape Tomato Kabobs brushed with chipotle olive oil and sprinkled with lime sea salt. Cook on high grill 2-3 min a side. The Corn was wrapped in foil, buttered and sprinkled with salt and pepper. That took about 15 minutes to cook. This was good, healthy and oh so easy!
