How to Make Perfect Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients for perfect scrambled eggs: EGGS! “What, no milk?” you say. No, not unless you like your eggs dry and rubbery. Just whisk up those eggs to aerate and cook in favorite oil on a medium heat. (I like butter flavored EVOO) Salt and pepper to taste. Now here’s my special tip – add cheese curds just before the eggs are totally finished to allow them to melt a bit. I like the Garlic and Dill ones. The best eggs ever! We were lucky enough to be recipients of farm-fresh eggs from Kansas  so this dish was really special!
