It’s too Hot not to Grill!

Happy Summer and boy, do the temperatures reflect the new season! Here’s a twist on a new favorite that can be made on the grill. I found that my Blackened Brie appetizer cooks quickly on a closed grill on high in ten minutes. Enjoy! This is so good whether you grill it out back, on a boat or at a campsite. Use a heavy steel or cast iron pan for the dish. As always, prepare this at home and wrap in plastic wrap. Add the nuts just before putting on the grill. All that is left to do is the cooking and enjoying. Add apples after cooking and I swear it looks like a sunflower! They make the best dippers, too.
