Began filming YouTube cooking videos February 2015. Search “Eclectic Entertaining” on YouTube to find over 35 of them! Easy and yummy recipes await as do fabulous cooking tips to make your life easier. “2 Minute Delicious” videos are fast, fun and informative.

Have taught many cooking classes in cooking shops, 1 private for 29 guests at a neighborhood community center and 1 private for a Cancer fundraiser silent auction gift basket entitled “Small Plates for 8 in Your Home.”

Earned my “Competent Communicator Award” in Toastmasters – March 2017

Have run forty-eight 5k races, five 7k races and one 10k race as of January 2024,  Grand total: 54! You should see my awesome t-shirt collection! Race #49 was for a great cause – #SaveTheSeaTurtles. Shoot, they are all good causes! In race #30, The Make a Wish Foundation, I won my division! I even won my division in the May 2017 Race for Shelter 5k and came in 3rd (in my division) in the October 2017 Make a Wish 5k! In the Shamrock Stampede March 2019, I came in 2nd in my division. Turning 60 has its advantages! These races always benefit wonderful causes and are lots of fun. Give them a try! Back to the 7k races….who has ever heard of a “7k?” Welllllll, these are Bronco runs downtown Denver. I’ll assume it is because John Elway was #7. I am SO glad he was not #18 like Peyton Manning! Whew! This race benefits disabled athletes, another noble cause.

Marked my 40th year as a Dental Hygienist as of May 2023!
