Razor-Sharp Knife Keeps Apples from Darkening

I am loving my new Kyocera knife that allows me to slice apples in the morning and serve them in the evening without a color change. Plus this all-ceramic knife is razor-sharp! I’ll be serving my Blackened Brie on a Himalayan salt block tonight and like to do as much advance preparation as possible. I want to enjoy my own party!
