Ingredients

  • 2 pouches Krusteaz gluten free brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • Coconut oil instead of vegetable oil per recipe
  • water

Method

Step 1

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 13 x 9" glass baking pan. Mix brownie mix, water, coconut oil and 2 eggs until blended.* Pour evenly into pan and bake for 55 minutes.

Step 2

*High altitude (over 5000 feet): for each pouch used, add 1/3 cup cornstarch added to mixture.
