  • 2 loaves frozen bread, defrosted
  • 8 ounces sliced sandwich meat
  • 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes in oil
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 onion, sliced and grilled
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1 egg white

Step 1

Punch down the loaves of bread and roll flat into 2 ~14x10" rectangles.

Place a layer of sandwich meat over tops of both loaves. Next, layer on the cheddar cheese over meat.
