February 22 is National Margarita Day

 

Ingredients

  • Margarita salt
  • 36-ounces margarita mix
  • 24-ounces tequila
  • 4-ounces Grand Marnier (or Triple Sec)
  • Juice of 4 limes

Method

Step 1

After juicing the limes, reserve rinds. Taking a rind, wrap it over the edge of each glass and moisten top completely around drinking surface. Tip glass into margarita salt that has been poured onto a plate. Fill with ice cubes. Repeat for all glasses.

Step 2

In large pitcher, mix together margarita mix, tequila, Grand Marnier and lime juice. Pour into prepared glasses and enjoy!
