Dry Coffee Rub for Steak

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds steak
  • 1/3 cup coffee grounds
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1 T. salt
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 T. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 cup Espresso Balsamic Vinegar

Method

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the coffee, pepper, salt, garlic, brown sugar and paprika.

Step 2

Press dry rub into steaks on all sides. Grill to desired doneness.

Step 3

While steaks are grilling, pour vinegar into a small saucepan and reduce on low heat until needed. Pour over steaks.
