Grilled Asparagus

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • EVOO
  • Lemon pepper


Step 1

Wash asparagus and chop tough ends off. Place in gallon size zipper bag. Toss in enough EVOO to coat. Sprinkle in lemon pepper to lightly cover all stalks.

Step 2

Massage ingredients around to spread evenly. Wait in bag until ready to grill on medium-hot grill.

Step 3

Using asparagus holders, place clamp in center of each stalk, fill clamp and press together. Cook on grill for a total of 6 minutes, turning a couple of times. Using an 'ove glove will make the job easier!
