- Favorite steaks, I love ribeye
- Espresso balsamic vinegar (found at specialty oil and vinegar shops)
- Grilled vegetables of choice
Sprinkle steak seasoning generously on both sides of steaks, pressing spices into meat gently. Grill to personal liking.
Meanwhile, grill the veggies. Place 1/4 cup espresso balsamic in a small saucepan and reduce for 5 minutes until thickened.
Once steaks are grilled, plate and drizzle balsamic over each.
