Ingredients

  • McCormick Spicy Steak Seasoning
  • Favorite steaks, I love ribeye
  • Espresso balsamic vinegar (found at specialty oil and vinegar shops)
  • Grilled vegetables of choice

Method

Step 1

Sprinkle steak seasoning generously on both sides of steaks, pressing spices into meat gently. Bring to room temperature before cooking. Heat grill and then grill to personal liking.

Step 2

Meanwhile, grill the veggies. On the stove, place 1/4 cup espresso balsamic in a small saucepan on medium heat and reduce for 5 minutes until thickened.

Step 3

Once steaks are grilled, plate and drizzle balsamic over each.
