Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch kale, leaves removed from stems, washed and dried
  • 2 T. EVOO
  • Lemon Pepper Seasoned Salt to taste
  • Smoked Paprika to taste

Method

Step 1

Tear kale into smaller chip-size pieces. Place on large baking pan with sides.

Step 2

Drizzle EVOO over kale. Sprinkle seasoned salt and paprika over to taste. Mix well. Spread out on sheet.

Step 3

Into a 300 degree oven, bake for 30 minutes. Turn, bake 30 more minutes. Cool, serve. Store in airtight container.
