Kale Chips – “Healthy Snack” is NOT an Oxymoron!
1 bunch of kale

- 1 large bunch kale, leaves removed from stems, washed and dried
- 2 T. EVOO
- Lemon Pepper Seasoned Salt to taste
- Smoked Paprika to taste
Tear kale into smaller chip-size pieces. Place on large baking pan with sides.
Drizzle EVOO over kale. Sprinkle seasoned salt and paprika over to taste. Mix well. Spread out on sheet.
Into a 300 degree oven, bake for 30 minutes. Turn, bake 30 more minutes. Cool, serve. Store in airtight container.
