Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, washed and dried
  • 4 ounces prepared basil pesto

 

Method

Step 1

Remove stems from mushrooms and reserve for another recipe.

Step 2

Spoon a dollop of pesto into each mushroom's cavity until level with the edges.

Step 3

Place in an oven proof dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, serve.

Step 4

This one is so easy it is almost embarrassing when asked what the recipe is!
