Sauteed Baby Squash

Ingredients

  • 32 ounce bag mixed baby squash, washed with ends cut off
  • EVOO
  • 1 Sweet onion, sliced
  • 2 T. Oregano

Method

Step 1

Drizzle EVOO into the bottom of a large frying pan, heat. Add squash and onion and sauté about 15 minutes or until a knife can easily poke through the largest one. Sprinkle oregano over top, mix, serve.
