Spinach Dip in Rye Bread Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • Dash white pepper and nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Rye bread loaf, hollowed out, extra bread chopped into cubes

Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and chill until ready to serve. Scoop into bread bowl and serve on large platter with bread cubes surrounding bowl. Enjoy!
