Vanilla Sugar

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 long vanilla beans


Step 1

Put sugar in air-tight container. Slice vanilla beans lengthwise and drag seeds out with a spoon. Put beans and seeds into sugar and bury, shake and mix well. Leave in container two weeks before using. Then place sugar in a decorative container near your coffee maker and you are ready to make a professional coffee drink! (Leave vanilla beans in sugar that is unused)
