What could possibly enhance an awesome concert at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre? The perfect pre-concert tailgate party, of course! FYI, tailgating is not just for football! Here’s what’s on the menu for tonight: Happy hour: Caramelized Bacon, Cantaloupe Cubes and Brie and Peach/Chipotle Jam filled Phyllo cups. Dinner: Kale Salad with toasted pumpkin seeds and craisins, Organic Rice Medley and Pork Tenderloin K-Bobs with Peaches in a dry rub grilled with Apricot Serrano BBQ sauce (Redlaw Sauce Co.)Dessert: Pretzels dipped in caramel and chocolate. We will get an early start so that we may savor all these amazing flavors! Cheers!
