Salt Block Cooking Class Preview
Part of the fun with teaching a cooking class is that I have to PRACTICE to get it right! This household does not mind my experiments because most of them turn out to be pretty good. Given that, I have a keeper with this Garlic Pistachio Baked Brie. OOoooooh yeah, this is a good one! Creamy, soft, oozing brie with a slight crunch and hint of garlic on toast accompanied by grapes, dates and apples. October 1 at Compleat Lifestyles if you “need” this recipe!
