It was a beautiful day shopping at our local Farmers’ Market today and I got what I was after from my 2 favorite vendors: beets and aged balsamic. Guess what we’re having with grilled salmon on a cedar plank & red wine sauce tonight! I think I’ll throw some orange zest into the beets and see what kind of interesting flavors I produce…stay tuned!
