Weeknight Dinner in a Flash
Here’s a super fast and easy apres work dinner that I whipped up the other night with ingredients on hand. Thanks to some flavored olive oils I pulled it off! Here’s the line up: Gluten free edamame noodles, Chicken sautéed in Lime olive oil, Peppers, Kalamata Olives, Zucchini and Onions sautéed in Garlic olive oil and then all mixed together. Ta da, you have your weeknight dinner and leftovers for the next day!
