It’s football Sunday with my two teams playing and thankfully, not each other! This calls for an easy appetizer. The Broncos will kick off their season this afternoon while the Packers play tonight. This gives me plenty of reason to whip up some homemade pesto. My basil plant is exploding so it is time to put it to good use. Here is my favorite basil recipe.
