Getting Ready for the BIG Game Sunday
Greetings, Fellow Foodies!
If you are like most Americans, you are already planning on what you should either serve or bring to a football potluck Sunday. Here is one of my go-to recipes for a group that is always a hit…Baked Sandwich for a crowd! This is fun and easy. Make it your own with beef, chicken, pork or all cheese and veggie. You can’t possibly mess it up! Prep it on Saturday and bake it on Sunday. Another really tasty and fun dish for a group is my Brie Quesadilla with Peach Salsa recipe. This is also a crowd-pleaser. We’ve even taken this one to Red Rocks when we’ve tailgated before a concert.
