This recipe contains sour cream, allowing it to join the bevy of New York cheesecakes.
I’ve been making this Cherry-Topped Cheesecake recipe for years and it is a favorite. Try it for your next social event and you will be pleasantly surprised how easy and yummy it is. Like most recipes I enjoy, this must be made ahead, saving time at the last minute.
