Nectarine and Burrata Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 2 baguettes, baked
  • 3-ounces prosciutto
  • 4-ounces burrata, drained
  • 3 ripe nectarines
  • basil to garnish
  • aged balsamic for garnish

Method

Step 1

Heat the grill to a medium, 350 degree heat. Meanwhile, slice the baguettes into 24 ~1/4" slices on the diagonal. Set aside. Slice the nectarines each into eight slices.

Step 2

When the grill is hot, spray the grates with cooking spray. Place the nectarine slices on the grates and cook for about 15 minutes, turning every couple of minutes.

Step 3

Place baguette slices on a serving tray. Divide the prosciutto up evenly and place on top of bread. Next, place a fruit slice on each baguette. In the center of the tray, place the burrata. Drizzle aged balsamic over the top and sprinkle basil cut chiffanade-style over the top. Enjoy!
