Bob Dylan was ok but the dinner beforehand rocked! Menu: Smoked Salmon Bruschetta, Grilled Peppers, Lime Avocados and Chipotle-Apricot Glazed Beef and Peach Kabobs and Craisin, Pistachio & White Chocolate Biscotti. YUMMY! Step up your next tailgate and bring the grill along. It was totally worth it and not a lot of effort. (Dress it up with plastic wine glasses weighted down with fabric filled with small rocks, my creation.)
