Ingredients

  • 1 cup lite soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 pounds sirloin steak, ribeye or other favorite beef, cubed

Method

Step 1

Mix together in a medium bowl: soy, oil, lemon juice, sesame seeds, sugar, scallions, garlic and ginger.

Step 2

Add meat cubes to marinade and allow to marinate overnight.

Step 3

Just before grilling, thread meat onto metal skewers. Heat grill, spray with nonstick spray, grill for approximately 10-15 minutes, turning a few times to cook evenly.
