Summer Entertaining at Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Summer has officially begun with a Red Rocks concert. But no concert is complete without tailgating first, rain or shine! Luckily we had more shine than rain but were prepared for the rain when it came! I can’t recommend this type of entertaining enough when out of town visitors are here. This should be on everyone’s bucket list! The menu: Beef K-Bobs with dry coffee rub and Grilled Peaches & Espresso Balsamic from EVOO, Asparagus, Brussels Sprouts with Apples and Onions, Gluten Free Espresso Brownies with Peanut Butter pieces, Beer and Wine. It was the perfect evening with good friends! The show was good too!
