What’s for dinner?

This was SO good last night I have to share it! Soak cedar plank several hours. Place wild salmon, skin side down, on plank. Brush salmon with EVOO. Sprinkle generously with Northwoods Seasoning from Penzeys Spice Shop. Grill over hot grill 15-25 minutes until fish flakes. Eat as is or with Peach Salsa from Eclectic Entertaining, p. 93. YUM! Spaghetti squash was done in oven and mixed with butter EVOO, yellow raisins and ground pepper. IMG_9474
