Ingredients

  • 1 pound wheel of brie
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup preserves-plum with vanilla and Chinese five spice recommended

 

Method

Step 1

Place brie in baking dish, cover with preserves, sprinkle almonds over top.

Step 2

Bake at 375 degrees about 15 minutes until soft.

Step 3

Serve with favorite crackers.
