Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups low sodium, msg-free chicken broth (14.5 oz. can)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 10-oz. package plain couscous

Method

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth and curry powder to a boil.

Step 2

Stir in couscous, cover and remove from heat.

Step 3

Let stand 5 minutes, fluff with fork and serve. (Couscous is found in the supermarket by the rice in a box or in bulk at health food stores.)
