Wisconsin Networking in Denver
Cheeseheads are everywhere as are Green Bay Packer fans. Last night we had the wonderful opportunity to try a restaurant owned by Wisconsin natives, Diane Coohill, and her chef/husband, Tom. Coolhills hosted the Wisconsin Non Resident Lawyers’ Networking Event we attended and what a treat it was! Besides lots of conversation about cheese curds and football, we enjoyed many small plates, which were interesting, aesthetically pleasing and tasty. I have never seen Hummus presented so beautifully and will likely borrow this idea next time I make it! We were also served Beef Sliders, Spicy Nuts, Boudin, Breads, 2 Flatbreads and Olives. You can’t go wrong when combining interesting cheeseheads and fantastic foods! We will return.
